At Moxpal, we believe that a unified ecosystem shouldn't come at the cost of your personal data security. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across our entire suite of tools.
1. Ecosystem Data Handling
Because Moxpal operates as a centralized platform (Moxpal ID) powering multiple distinct products (such as hosting.moxpal.com and khata.moxpal.com), your core identity data is securely synchronized to provide a seamless user experience.
When you log in to Moxpal Khata, the system securely verifies your Moxpal ID from our central authentication servers. This means you do not need multiple passwords, and your session securely roams between our subdomains using secure, HTTP-only tracking tokens.
2. Strict Encryption Standards
While your identity is unified, your product-specific data remains strictly isolated. The financial ledger data you store in Moxpal Khata is never mingled with the server logs or infrastructure data from Moxpal Hosting.
All data at rest is secured via AES-256 encryption, and data in transit across our internal microservices architecture is protected via TLS 1.3 protocols minimum.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share operational telemetry with vetted, SOC-2 compliant infrastructure partners strictly for the purpose of maintaining application uptime and security logging. You can view our full sub-processor list in your Moxpal Cloud dashboard.
