3. Uptime & SLA Overviews
We strive for a 99.99% uptime across our infrastructure. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding compensation for downtime vary by the individual product you are subscribed to (e.g., Enterprise Hosting vs. Standard Khata access).
